We would like to thank our clients for their patience, kindness and understanding throughout this pandemic. In order to keep everyone as safe as possible we continue providing curbside services (following the Maine CDC social distancing guidelines), as well as a limited “in-clinic” option. We strive to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Please consider contacting us to schedule your pets annual physical exam 6-8 weeks prior to the actual due date. We would like to thank you in advance for understanding that curbside services can create longer than expected visit times, we are doing our best to be sure all of our patients are seen and exposure is at a minimum. To best protect our clients, staff and visitors a face covering will be required when choosing to enter the clinic for scheduled exam appointments.
EXAM APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL:
- Please call the hospital when you have arrived, a receptionist will begin your check-in process over the phone.
- One of our technicians will then call to either, meet you “curbside” and bring your pet in the clinic for examination, or to escort you and your pet directly into an exam room.
PICKING UP MEDICATIONS AND PET FOOD:
- Please call the hospital when you have arrived, a client service representative will assist you with your purchase.
- We will bring your purchase outside to the designated table area for you to pick up.
GROOMING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ON MONDAY AND FRIDAY.
PUPPY CLASSES WILL RESUME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
